Introducing Claywoodstone by ceramist Heather Gabriel.
Each of her smoke-fired vessels and sculptural objects are handmade from earthy, rustic earthenware, including micaceous white with unique metallic flecks as well as "mocha" varieties. All pieces are burnished with leather and a beach stone, then fired multiple times in a primitive pit firing process with salvaged wood scraps to create unique smoke patterns—making each piece a true one-of-a-kind work of art.
These vessels are perfect for adding a touch of rustic charm to your home. They can be used for serving food, storing dry goods, or simply as decorative pieces.
Smoke-fired Earthenware Bowl:
This shallow rustic bowl effortlessly transitions from serving hors d'oeuvres to holding dried spices or cherished trinkets with artisanal elegance.
