Shipping policy

Depending on shipping method selected, please allow for processing and shipping timeframes of 2-6 days for your Cedar Y Sand order. We offer a return policy of 10 days from the date of purchase. We provide two shipping methods each for both USPS and UPS - one low cost option and one rapid delivery option - with the shipping cost determined at checkout based on your order's weight and shipping method. For any inquiries or issues related to your order, please contact us at cedar.y.sand@gmail.com. 

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. 

*Carrier delays may occur outside our control, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. We strongly recommend upgrading shipping if your order is time-sensitive, as we cannot guarantee delivery times once the carrier has picked up your parcel.

In the event that your package is delivered with visible damage, we request that you photograph the package showing both the shipping label and the damage, prior to opening it. Please email these photos immediately to cedar.y.sand@gmail.com, including pictures of each damaged item, and please refer to our exchange or return policies.
