RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Cedar Y Sand! We sincerely hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if it doesn't meet your expectations, feel free to return it. Our return policy below will guide you through the process.
Duration:
Refunds are allowed within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To complete your return:
To return an item, please click the customer account creation/login link, https://shopify.com/78127071523/account, or email us at cedar.y.sand@gmail.com if you have questions or need assistance in initiating your return.
Place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase/packing slip, and mail your return to the address listed below:

All shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at cedar.y.sand@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cedar.y.sand@gmail.com, notifying us of the defect/damage, along with photo proof of the defect/damage and your intent to return the item for an exchange, whereupon we can send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
