Marie transitioned from a longtime career as a textile designer in NYC to start a new chapter of life living on the East End of Long Island and to pursue her dream of painting full time. Like many artists before her from this area, she is inspired by the gorgeous light, the golden sunsets, pristine meadows and the deep blues of the sea.
