Crafted by CEDAR Y SAND in our East Hampton studio, each Initials By Nature notecard transforms a single letter into a living composition. Pressed botanicals—petals, stems, and wild florals—are carefully arranged to form each initial, set against hand-marbled Suminagashi paper where ink drifts in quiet, water-like patterns.

Printed on premium Fabriano Medioevalis cardstock and paired with a matching envelope of the same fine Italian paper, each piece carries a subtle texture and weight that reflects its artisanal origin.

No two are ever alike. Each letter is shaped by hand, guided by the natural curves, textures, and tones of the botanicals themselves—resulting in a one-of-a-kind expression that feels both personal and organic.
