Sculptural Form, Artfully Made
Crafted in our East Hampton studio, the metallic cut-out “2026” arches across a softly curved silhouette, revealing hand-marbled paper beneath. Each backing is created using the ancient Japanese technique of Suminagashi—where ink floats freely on water before being lifted to paper—resulting in gentle, tidal veining that shifts with the light. No two are ever alike.
A Card to Personalize, Share, and Keep
Inside, a smooth blank liner invites your own message—an encouragement, a milestone note, or a quiet acknowledgment of where the year is leading. The weighted metallic cover gives the card a sense of permanence, making it just as fitting for a desk, shelf, or mantel as it is for an envelope.
As shown in the photos, when paired with an LED tealight, the cut-out numerals softly glow like a small lantern, illuminating the marbled paper within.
